I’m so glad it brought you a happy memory! It is a serious, whimsical and poignant film. My oldest son loved it when he was six. He still d and he’s 42!
I loved the book, and I loved the movie. Daughter #4 and I used to watch it when she was wee. I think it's high time we watched it again. Thank you! <3
Hi Cheryl,
ReplyDeleteI am all in favor of unicorns and garden fairies! Stay well.
Me too! Thanks John. š
ReplyDeleteI had forgotten about this beautiful movie I watched with my granddaughter a couple years ago. Thank you for sharing it!

DeleteI've never watched this film, but may have to...I used to collect unicorns!
ReplyDeleteYou should see it. You can view it on Youtube in its entirety. It came out when my oldest was a toddler and he loved it. It is sad, sweet and telling.
